2 Pieces 8 MByte SOIC PSRAM for PJRC Teensy 4.1 Microcontrollers

These SOIC PSRAM chips can add 16 Megabytes of RAM (2X 8 Megabytes) to a Teensy 4.1 microcontroller.

One IC can be installed to add 8 MByte RAM, or both ICs can be installed for 16 MByte.
