Installation & Operating Notes

Power Supply Sizing

Ensure your input power source can deliver the full power required by your load. The converter will fold back output voltage if input power is insufficient.

Example: If your 24V load draws 10A (240W) but your 48V input supply can only provide 2A (96W), the converter will reduce output voltage rather than deliver the full 24V.

Wiring

  • Input: Red wire = +V, Black wire = -V (30-60V DC)
  • Output: Yellow wire = +V, Black wire = -V (24V DC)
  • For wire runs exceeding 50cm (20"), use heavier gauge wire to compensate for voltage drop
  • Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated
